Vacancy - Naval Architect / Structural Engineer

Techwise Offshore Consultancy provides design &engineering, marine assurance and project consultancy services to the marine,offshore oil & gas and renewable energy industries. We are inviting an experienced Naval Architect / Structural Engineer to join our team in Singapore.

Responsibilities

·       Vessel detaileddesign, modification and upgrading.

·       Finite ElementAnalyses.

·       Rigging design andlifting analyses.

·       Transportation andinstallation engineering.

·       Loadout,transportation and offshore installation procedures.

·       Stability, mooringand motion analyses.

·       On-site technicalsupports.

·       Assisting onmarketing and bidding.

Requirements

·       Degree in NavalArchitecture or Structural Engineering.

·       Minimum three yearsof relevant experience in the offshore oil and gas industry.

·       Experienced in FiniteElement Analysis and naval architectural software programs.

·       Proficient inEnglish.

·       Attention todetail.

·       Must be a teamplayer but able to work independently.

The position will be based in our Singapore office andmay need to attend at shipyards or offshore fields to provide on-site technicalsupports to our clients.
